Chapter II Release

Hello all! I'm proud to say that after a lot of work, Chapter 2 is finally ready and available to read! I've also edited the ending of Chapter 1, so it's worth re-reading if you've already read it!

Along with that, here's some patch notes:

• 'Council Members' in the Codex can now be accessed.
